Electrical Project Manager
£290-£340 per day
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
gap construction is proud to be representing this market-leading M&E firm in their search for a Contract Electrical Project Manager with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Performance Objectives

  • Coordinate MEP installations across multiple sites ranging from £1m - £5m in commercial, public health sectors and educational.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Read and understand drawings, schematics and specifications.
  • Undertake material take-offs and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide site leadership, ensuring safety compliance and effective team management.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness during procurement of equipment and materials.

Person Specification

  • Background in MEP installation management
  • SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS Card
  • Proven experience as a Building Services Project Manager
  • Good Communication and team work skills
