About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or main contracting sector.
- Passionate, ambitious, and driven with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Full UK driving license essential.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Leading projects across a variety of different frameworks, ensuring excellence across operations.
- Building and maintaining client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring and measuring performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure success.
- Developing and maintaining resource plans to support an expanding workload.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to safety and environmental standards.
