Sales Consultant
£28,000 £30,000 (OTE £55,000)

gap construction are proud to be representing this hugely respected housebuilder in their search for a Sales Consultant to work at their brand new site near Over, Cambridge

Performance Objectives

  • Dealing with Sales Enquiries via Email/website, telephone, and faceto-face meetings
  • Achieve agreed sales targets generated through sales activity
  • Analyse market trends
  • Learn the homes and qualities offered
  • New homes sales negotiations
  • Administrative work
  • Handover of finished propertied and any immediate after sale issues that may apply.

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and IT Skills
  • The ability to build and grow business relationships
